What the site had to do
New Roads Health treats opioid addiction with Suboxone over telemedicine. The site has to feel discreet and safe, make the first step small, and get a worried visitor (or their family) to book a screening call the same day.

What I did
- 01Designed and built the website with a three-step path to treatment and same-day appointment calls to action.
- 02Built the appointment request form and the links to the patient portal and supplement shop.
- 03Placed reviews, accreditation logos and privacy commitments next to every booking point.

Three steps, not a wall of text
Book a screening call, get a treatment plan by video visit, pick up a prescription the same day. The timeline turns a frightening decision into a short process.
Discretion as the message
A discreet experience, a private clinic, confidentiality and a non-judgmental atmosphere are stated plainly before any medical detail.
Trust that a clinic needs
Accreditation and certification logos (LegitScript, HIPAA and professional bodies) and patient reviews sit beside the booking buttons.
