What the site had to do

Terry Vehrs sells waterfront and luxury homes north of Seattle. The site has to feel as premium as the listings, show live inventory, and capture buyers and sellers early enough to nurture them for months.

  4. 04Managed Google Ads, Display, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns.
  5. 05Managed digital assets across the website, social media, CRM and video.

    The homepage opens on a waterfront home, a signature logo and three words: Experienced. Effective. Essential.

  • Listings as the proof

    Featured properties in Mukilteo and Edmonds sit directly under the hero, with home estimate, buyer, seller and community pages one click away.

  • Leads that do not go cold

    Every inquiry lands in Follow Up Boss and starts an email and SMS nurture, so a buyer browsing today is still hearing from Terry months later.
