Jeffrey Baclangen

AI and workflow automation consultant: n8n, Zapier and Make

If someone on your team copies data from one tool to another, writes the same email twice a day, or checks a dashboard to decide who to call, that work can run on its own. I design the workflow, build it, and keep a human in the loop where judgment matters.

01 · What's included

What I take on

  • Workflow automation

n8n, Zapier and Make workflows that move data between your website, CRM, inbox, calendar and spreadsheets.

  • AI-assisted marketing

Workflows that draft content, summarize calls and enrich leads with AI, with review steps before anything goes out.

  • Lead handling

Instant routing, enrichment, internal alerts and first responses for every new inquiry.

  • AI agents

Task-specific assistants that work inside your tools, scoped tightly and logged.

  • Process mapping

A plain map of the process before anything is automated, so the automation fixes the right step.

  • Documentation and handover

Every workflow documented so your team can own it.

Who it's for

Small teams where the owner or a coordinator spends hours a week on repetitive admin between marketing, sales and operations tools.

Working with businesses in the United States and Australia.

03 · Questions

Before we talk

n8n, Zapier or Make?
Zapier is quickest for simple links between popular tools. Make handles more complex branching at lower cost. n8n can be self-hosted, which suits higher volumes and sensitive data. I run my own n8n instance and recommend per project.
Will AI send things to my customers on its own?
Only if you want it to. By default I add a human review step before anything AI-written reaches a customer.
Do you work with US and Australian businesses?
Yes. I'm based in Baguio City, Philippines (GMT+8). That overlaps the full Australian working day and US mornings and evenings, and most of the businesses I've worked with are in the United States.
